Samata Health is a new-generation online healthcare management platform. The primary focus of this platform is to prioritize mental well-being and provide hassle-free online appointments for mental health. Furthermore, it aims to eliminate the challenges faced by users with their mental health and require professional help on an urgent basis.

Samata Health has established itself from a location-based project to a globally recognized web application. This happened due to the simplified and enriched patient care it provides its users. Its main functionality is formulating a bridge between individuals who need mental support and certified therapists. Both parties can connect with each other over a simple platform and refrain from traditional appointments. Users can check the therapist’s availability and book appointments as per their preference in order to receive the treatment on time.

eSparkBiz, an IT Outsourcing company, has used its technical expertise to develop Samata Health. Without any doubt, it is a revolutionary web application that help individuals to manage their mental health. It has a user-friendly interface, where people can book appointments quickly and visit the therapists, or they can book an online session with them.

The Problem

Using technology to improve customer service and patient care is the need of the hour. Hence, we have designed Samata Health to address the issues of delayed appointments. Furthermore, there are no challenges in finding a therapist that fits your preferences. This all happened because we built the UI/UX design of the web application by keeping the general public in mind. Additionally, we focused on the following points for this Web App Development:

Automated Scheduling A system was to be formulated that can automate processes and does not require manual forms.

Comprehensive documentationUsers can view their case history, such as prescriptions, therapist sessions, and details about the therapists. In the same way, therapists can access the patient's history.

A streamlined workflow for appointment management A streamlined system was required, which has the capability to include booking, confirmations, cancellations, and modifications in order to provide patients with the best experience.

Secure payment options Safe payment options should be there so that users can pay through them. Furthermore, the payment gateway should be properly encrypted so that there aren't any breaches.

Creating a platform for therapists A platform was required where the complete details about therapists can be shown, such as services offered, specialization, availability, and reviews. Customers can make decisions by looking at these parameters.

Special facilities for employees and students This web application aims to provide better services for employees and students so that they can focus more on their mental health.

Integration with social media Users can link their different social media accounts with this web application to raise awareness and build a supportive community.

The Solution

Our team noted all the pain points of the users by understanding the journey from a patient's perspective to build the web app architecture This process included understanding the concerns and user behavior. These attributes were used so that users feel confident about using this system. Additionally, proper security checks were performed so that data breaches would not happen in the future.

Payment Gateway Integration Secure payment gateways were introduced so that patients could pay while booking their appointments. Our team also developed payment modes based on the standards of HIPAA Compliant Software Development to safeguard patient payment information.

The Result
