This was an entire revamp of the payroll system of a home healthcare SaaS product. This entailed identification of inefficiencies and automation of payroll functions in order to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Within four weeks, the team had produced a feature list and an implementation plan. The objectives of this project were:

Payroll System Automation This project was to eliminate the manual payroll processes by including payroll calculations, tax calculations, and report generation.

Integration with Accounting Module The payroll system was integrated with the accounting module so that data inconsistencies were prevented and accuracy was brought into it.

Analytics and Reporting It features self-service reporting tools which yield precious payroll data insights thus helping users make more informed decisions while making more effective choices

The Problem

The Client is an American company that offers health care software for home care facilities. Its existing payroll solution posed several problems, due to the lack of the following functionalities:
