This resource helps employees develop the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively and stay updated with new training requirements.

Personal Development Center
The Personal Development Center, powered by Office 365 Planner, allows employees to track their progress through various learning programs. Employees can view completed trainings, ongoing courses, and those yet to be undertaken. Managers can assess each individual’s development, review their progress, and determine which activities need to be prioritized to support personal growth and career advancement.

Spot Checks
Spot checks are designed for managers and supervisors to monitor employee performance effectively. These forms enable the assessment of how well employees perform their duties, maintain documentation, and interact with patients. Managers can identify mistakes or concerns and track staff engagement, ensuring that services meet the organization’s standards and that patients receive high-quality care.

Policies
Corporate policies are essential for setting service standards and internal processes. These are made easily accessible for employees to review in-depth. A custom feature was added to track the time employees spend studying policies, ensuring that they are diligently absorbing and understanding important company materials, which in turn, helps maintain compliance and service quality across the organization.
