Client and Industry Context The Client, one of the top fintech companies in the UAE, sought to enter the competitive BNPL space. Their goal was to offer a complex web portal and mobile application that allows consumers to split payments into interest-free portions both online and offline, while providing merchants with easy payment processing options.
Challenges and Solution Initially, The Client began developing the platform with their internal teams. However, they encountered difficulties in maintaining the required velocity and technical integrity to meet their objectives. The solution involved bringing in external expertise to ensure continued progress and quality delivery in a highly competitive market.
