Comprehensive Redesign of User Interfaces The project was the complete overhaul of the mental health user interface. The interface will be intuitive, engaging and easy to navigate and ensure experience for all types of users ranging from individuals to corporate clients and institutions.

Introduction of New Features There were a few new features that had been incorporated into the platform, such as a game therapy module, audio therapy, and personalized AI-driven recommendations, which are expected to help users cope with anxiety, process emotions, and attain better mental well-being.

Scalable Architecture and Cloud Integration The application was moved to a more scalable architecture on Amazon Web Services. This helped improve performance, reliability, and the capacity to increase users and data traffic without compromising on speed or security.

Enhanced Analytics Capabilities This permitted a comprehensive set of analytics tools being added in the admin panel for Client and B2B clients; hence the daily and monthly active users can be tracked, features usage analytics along with the performance metrics which would empower the decisions through real-time data to further improve features

The Problem

There were some issues the mental health product had to contend with

Outdated User Interface

The interface offered was not interactive and, as such, created a nightmare experience because users, particularly those who were not so technical, tried to negotiate the application smoothly.

Limited Features

The application did not have much more advanced features like tracking moods, recommended for other users, or tool usage putting the user directly into command of their tension and well-being mentally in real time engagingly.

User Engagement Issues

The website couldn't retain users on the website for a very long period of time. There wasn't much development inside reminders, tracking progress, and offering personalization, hence low retention and engagement.

Limited Admin Features

There was a lack of strong admin features in terms of user data management, tracking of engagement, and generation of analytics. Thus, the Client was not able to optimize the experience for users and measure the success of the platform.

Inefficient User Flows

The user flows of the application were complex, and users could not easily access the key features. Thus, the user experience became poor, and hence, usage of the app was done rarely.

The Solution

eSparkBiz adopted a multi-faceted approach to solve all these problems. Some of the approaches include the following

UI/UX Redesign

Modern, intuitive, accessible. It is designed using the principle of simplicity with clarity; therefore, it ensures that it has easy navigation together with streamlined user flows and an optimized mobile-responsive layout.

New Features

Implemented some of the new modules like the game therapy module which is a combination of easy games with audio in order to help the user cope with the anxiety and process emotions about anxiety, audio therapy module, AI-Based Recommendations for Mental Health, and mood tracking Feature.

Admin panel Improvements

The Function of the analytics dashboard will also be helpful to the Client to have better visions for daily and monthly active users in controlling the feature usage, and information to clients on which community uses most of the features so as to serve as grounds for A/B testing to test on the feature to hone the product.

B2B Client Admin App

It had an admin portal, through which the management of student or employee wellness programs becomes easy for institutions across any school, college, or institution.

Improved User Flows

Flows of the application in eSparkBiz have been rearranged to be easily accessible with key features within easier workflows. The process of login became easier along with intuitive design patterns for ensuring easy navigation by the user on the platform.

Personalized User Experience

With the help of AI and deep analytics, the application made it much more personalized toward the peculiar needs, behavior, and preferences of every user, and thus glued the users to the product.

The Result

It is achieved by doing the complete overhaul of the mental health software following six months of hard work. The new revamped interface, including the inclusion of new features, results in great user engagement and satisfaction. The user can enjoy a complete suite of tools in-game and audio therapy, mood tracking, and AI-driven recommendations that could help improve the mental well-being of the user.

Scalability for a large and growing number of users has been achieved on the application side for an easy and comfortable environment, and now it is equipped to provide better performance, reliability, and security through its underlying cloud-based infrastructure as well as optimized features.

The new admin interface offers the Client and B2B clients valuable insights and data about app usage, A/B testing, and refinement of the app based on user behavior. This way, the platform is better suited to long-term user engagement, and the Client is now ready for the future.

In a nutshell, the six-month project transformed the client’s mental health platform from the perspective of user experience and functionality and set a solid base for continuous improvement and scaling. The final product is thus a robust and reliable tool for all individuals and organizations focused on mental health, allowing users to better manage their mental well-being in an accessible, personalized, and engaging way.
