The client had outdated, paper-based inspection workflows that caused delays, miscommunication and higher operational costs. They needed a single digital product solution to streamline inspections, team collaboration and full regulatory compliance across all inspection stages.
The client required a system that could manage multiple types of inspections each with different data inputs, evaluation rules and reporting formats. We built a highly flexible platform that adapts to any workflow without compromising consistency and works smoothly across all inspection scenarios.
The client struggled to keep inspectors, contractors and regulatory teams aligned due to fragmented communication across tools and delayed updates. Without a centralised, real-time system, critical inspection data was missed or late and slowed down decisions and workflow. A single collaboration channel was needed to keep everyone in sync and speed up response times.
Inspection teams worked in remote areas with no or poor internet and data collection and reporting was disrupted. To solve this we implemented an offline mode that allows inspectors to capture data in the field and sync automatically once back online with no data loss and no interruption of workflow.
The client needed a system that could enforce local and national building regulations without manual oversight. Our solution included automated compliance tracking and real-time reporting, reducing human error and ensuring regulatory alignment across all inspection stages.

A clear, user-focused UX and guided onboarding removed friction, enabling faster ramp-up and confident usage. We created a scalable, cost-effective web and mobile app to modernise the entire building inspection process. Focused on user experience and operational efficiency, the platform streamlined data collection, real-time communication and compliance all backed by the latest technologies and industry standards.
The platform was built with a modular design so the client could customize workflows, templates and reports based on specific inspection needs. This allowed us to adapt the system for residential, commercial and public service inspections without rebuilding the core platform.
