Mohit Purbia joined eSparkBiz in 2021 as a Software Engineer, working across full-stack projects spanning e-commerce, healthcare, and logistics platforms. Over time, his focus has expanded from implementing individual features to shaping how the codebase itself should be organized.

That shift became more pronounced as he moved from Senior Software Engineer into a Technical Lead role, not simply because his title changed, but because the systems around him kept growing, and technical decisions increasingly had implications beyond individual features.

That's the thread running through his work now, not writing more code, but making sure the code that already exists can be built on. His experience with monorepo environments has shaped this focus, creating shared structures that allow multiple engineers to work in parallel while keeping the codebase coherent as the product evolves.

"A codebase doesn't fail because someone wrote bad code. It fails when good code is written in different directions without enough structure to bring it together."

He's applied that thinking across an e-commerce platform, a healthcare administration system, a taxi and fleet management admin panel, and a multi-platform analytics and visualization application, different domains, with the same underlying engineering challenge: how do you let a system grow without making it harder to understand and maintain?
