Four gaps that shaped the build from day one
Not vague pain points — the specific tensions in unifying an entire automotive operation into one system, each paired with what we did about it.
Sales, logistics, service, finance and compliance each relied on standalone tools that operated independently, with little to no synchronisation. Data was siloed, inconsistencies were common, and teams often worked with outdated or incomplete information — which made coordination, reporting and operational execution inefficient.
Built a unified operational ecosystem that connects sales, logistics, service management, finance, document workflows and factory operations, so teams collaborate against consistent, real-time data across the organisation.
Approvals, document verification, vehicle lifecycle tracking and financial workflows were managed manually through emails, spreadsheets and offline coordination. That increased turnaround time and raised the risk of human error, missed approvals and process bottlenecks, with teams spending more time managing process than doing the work.
Replaced manual handling with an automation engine: rule-driven approval chains, task assignments, notifications and lifecycle management, digitised end to end to cut processing time and remove redundant steps.
Decision-makers had no centralised dashboards for vehicle movement, stock status, workflow progress or financial transactions. Without that visibility it was hard to spot issues early, optimise processes or decide with confidence, and delays in information flow led to missed opportunities and poor resource utilisation.
Introduced live dashboards and real-time tracking built on a dedicated real-time communication layer, so workflow status, vehicle status and performance metrics are visible as they change rather than after the fact.
Regulatory requirements, contracts, invoices and document approvals were spread across departments with no centralised document management. Tracking document status, proving compliance and maintaining audit trails was cumbersome, which raised the risk of non-compliance and delayed approvals in high-volume environments.
Implemented centralised document management with OCR, digital signatures and audit tracking, so contracts, invoices and approvals move through one controlled path with compliance evidence captured as work happens.
How it fits together
Simplified — the shape rather than every service.
Operational dashboards and module interfaces built across Angular, React and Blazor Server, with responsive layouts and role-based views so each user meets only the data and workflows their job requires.
An ASP.NET Core API surface on .NET 10 handles authentication, role-based access control and every client request, giving each module one consistent contract to work against.
Each business domain is developed as an independent but interconnected module, so workflow automation, document processing, valuation, logistics and finance can be extended or tuned without destabilising the rest.
SQL Server holds operational, financial and document data, accessed through Entity Framework Core and Dapper where raw query performance matters, with Redis caching and a cloud-ready AWS deployment for enterprise volume.
