The situation before the platform

Why sales organisations needed one ecosystem instead of a CRM, a booking tool, an email tool and a spreadsheet.

Sales, marketing and service organisations managing customer relationships, sales operations, marketing activity and appointments — including businesses running several branches, teams and locations at once.

The starting point

Disconnected tools, scattered customer data, inefficient workflows and manual processes that limited productivity and growth. Separate systems for CRM, bookings, email and marketing left teams without a single view of any customer.
