Miova emerges as a revolutionary internal email platform, redefining the landscape of corporate communication with a focus on seamless interaction, heightened productivity, and goal attainment. At the core of Miova's innovation is a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface that transforms the process of crafting compelling emails into a breeze. Empowering users to customize text, effortlessly upload images, and maintain brand consistency, Miova places the tools for impactful communication directly in the hands of its users. Here are some main modules integrated in our project :
Insights A dashboard that provides insights and analytics for internal email campaigns. The dashboard consists of various charts and tables that show the performance and engagement of the emails and teams based on different filtering parameters. The dashboard also allows the user to download a PDF report of the charts and to create and send customized emails using templates.
Teams All contacts added to Miova are required to be assigned a Primary Team. There are two types of teams: Primary Teams & Secondary Teams. Primary Teams refer to the overarching business unit & a contact can only have one of Primary Team. Secondary Teams or Sub-Teams allow a more granular breakdown of contacts & users. A contact can belong to multiple Secondary teams.
Templates It allows the user to create an email template as per their requirement. The module has three main features: Select your area, pre-built components, and Drag-and-drop. The Select your area feature lets the user choose the part of the email that they want to customize. The pre-built components feature provides the user with various email blocks that are designed and tested for optimal engagement. The Drag-and-drop feature enables the user to easily rearrange or add email blocks to create their email layout.
Emails It allows the user to create and send internal email campaigns. The module has three main steps Select template, enter content and configure and send. The Select template step lets the user choose from their previously created email template layouts or clone a previous email. The Enter content step lets the user enter their headlines, imagery, and CTA links and modify their template as needed. The Configure and send step lets the user set the name, category, subject line, and preview copy for their email and select the recipient teams and send time.
