The main objective of our platform was to create a user-friendly e-commerce platform that enhances the convenience the store owners have when exploring and purchasing products from suppliers. We built a super user-friendly e-commerce system where they can easily find and buy products from suppliers. They just tell us what they need, get quotes from different suppliers, and choose the best deal. Our goal is to make online buying and selling a breeze, helping businesses grow effortlessly.
The main point of this project is to forge a flawlessly integrated e-commerce platform fostering robust connections between store owners and suppliers. This innovative platform is meticulously designed to elevate convenience for both buyers and sellers, ensuring a hassle-free experience. By optimizing offers and facilitating transparent transactions, the platform aims to not only meet but exceed the needs of businesses in the food and retail sectors.
For store owners, the platform will offer a range of features, including user registration and login, user profile management, display language selection, search functionality, product pages, purchase request creation, supplier response management, secure payment processing, order status tracking, messaging, and notifications, user management, rating and feedback, and analytics reporting.
Suppliers will have access to similar features, including supplier onboarding and login, user profile management, display language selection, search functionality, purchase request viewing, supplier offer creation, messaging and notifications, order management, user management, product listing creation, rating and feedback, and ranking and badge display.
Overall, this e-commerce platform will provide a streamlined and efficient way for restaurant and store owners to purchase products from suppliers, and for suppliers to showcase their offerings and respond to store demands. The platform will enhance convenience, provide the best offers, and promote business growth and success in the food and retail industries.
The admin portal will offer user management, categories, CMS page management, customer support and ticketing systems and analytics reporting. They can also review and moderate user activities if necessary, ensuring the smooth functioning of the platform. The admin will handle all payments made by stores and will settle payments to suppliers after deducting the commission. The customer support and ticketing system will allow stores and suppliers to raise grievances, issues, or inquiries through tickets, which admins will be able to track and maintain.
